If for any reason, you are not satisfied with our area rug, you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price within 15 calendar days. Flooring other than area rugs can be returned wholly or partially, minus a restocking fee in the range of 10% - 25%. Unfortunately, ceramic tile products, special flooring having a no return policy as set forth by the manufacturer, custom-made rugs, and accessories like molding, trims, underlayment, glue, rug pads etc. are regretfully nonreturnable. You would be responsible for the actual original freight charges and the return freight charges. Once we are contacted by you and made aware of your intent to return the whole or a partial shipment, you would be provided with a Return Authorization number. Please call us or email us and let us know once the shipment is on its way back to us or the vendor, and give us the tracking number if available, so that we can issue credit upon the arrival and inspection of shipment.

Customers of Floor My Place enjoy free Shipping for all other flooring, when the cart value is $2500.00 or more, and the delivery fees are credited back to you, once you have received all the goods in proper condition. The shipment usually arrives between 7-10 business days for the continental USA and 2-3 weeks for Canada from the time they are ordered. Canadian Customers are responsible for any duties and customs fees that may apply. If your shipment happens to be back ordered, Floor My Place will notify you by the end of next business day. It’s been often noted that the back ordered goods ship out earlier than initially quoted. If your order consists of accessories only or less than 300 Square foot other than area rug, additional shipping charges may apply, in which case you will be notified prior to shipping of the order. We do not ship any flooring to PO Boxes or APO addresses. Shipping fees for area rugs to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada are as follows and non refundable. Very Low Maintenance
All customers enjoy the very low maintenance for all flooring purchased from Floor My Place. Regular vacuuming will help carpets and rugs retain their beauty and will extend their life. Clean spills immediately and blot with a clean cloth, spot clean with a solution of clear dish washing detergent (non-bleach) and water, rinse with water, and blot dry. Professional carpet cleaning is recommended using the hot water extraction method. Just damp mop cleaning is recommended for our hard flooring products.
